Course Certificate of Completion Replacement

Lost or misplaced the certificate from taking a driver's education course with us?
For those who are in need of a Certificate of Completion for the purposes of record-keeping or for any other reason, we can send replacements via postal service or email depending on the method chosen below. Please allow a minimum of 48 - 72 hours to process the replacement due to administrative procedures. The cost of replacing the Certificate of Completion is $20.00 and is processed only online.

We advise students and/or parents to look through their files before purchasing a replacement as we issue the certificate to students and/or parents after the completion of the driver's education course. The copy given by the driving instructor will be yellow and has the words "Certificate of Successful Completion" in black, bold lettering.
Certificate replacement orders are non-refundable.
